Terra Ceia Preserve is a new community of estate-sized parcels for 15 families on unique Terra Ceia Island. Located just south of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge; St. Petersburg is just 15 minutes away. Terra Ceia Island is one of the oldest communities in the Tampa Bay area and still quiet and unspoiled. It contains a mix of old and new houses on large acres with working farms. Terra Ceia Preserve residents share a private boat launch, private dock and rights to build two more.
Terra Ceia Preserve is a quiet residential project of 15 lots on 41 acres. Lots range from almost 1 acre to over 5 acres of private space and benefit from 12 acres of dry upland and wetland common areas. Features include underground utilities, unparalleled privacy, and unobstructed views of the quiet waters of Tillett Bayou which leads into Tampa Bay. Tillett Bayou’s water is so pure oysters are farmed there.
Residents may build any style of home they like. Choose from one of our many existing floor plans or let us help you build the custom home of your dreams.
