Greers, Guardian Angels grateful for repairs

The City of Bradenton code violations recently levied against the "Flag House" have been corrected! The Greer family and Guardian Angels want to extend a huge "thank you" to Mr. Britt Williams, president of Bruce Williams Homes, and several of his trade partners who donated their expertise, services and materials, either free of charge or at greatly reduced prices, to help us reach this goal.
These much appreciated trade partners include: Tropical Painters Inc., Metro Electric, LLC, Roofing by Curry, Mullet's Aluminum Products, Inc., Womble Glass & Mirror, Inc., Kyle Kleppinger Construction, and Pro Build Company.
The unselfish efforts of these trade partners, together with the carpentry work volunteered by Mr. Dale Price, made it possible for Guardian Angels and the Greers to rectify the assessed code violations well within the time allotted by the City Code Enforcement Board.
I hope and believe that many who read this letter will share our sincere appreciation for what these Good Samaritans have accomplished and join us as we again thank them for their "above and beyond" aid to the Greer family.
Guardian Angels, which exists to provide help, hope and homes to hurting foster children in Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto counties, became involved with this project to encourage and support the Greer family.
Mr. and Mrs. Greer have provided foster care for numerous children, have legally adopted two sibling groups (seven children) and continue to provide respite care for local foster children.
The Guardian Angels Board considers it an honor to be able to "give back" just a little to the Greers for their ongoing efforts to provide love and brighter futures for foster and adopted children.
Bobbie Nell Price, President, Guardian Angels of SW FL, Inc. Bradenton
