CrossCreek will also be home to a 100,000 square foot commercial center developed by Paradise Development Group.  A community park adjacent to the commercial center will offer picnic pavillions and a multi-sport field.  Additionally, a paved trail system and several pocket parks will be located throughout the community.  Last, but certainly not least, a brand new elementary school at the southwest corner of the property opened August, 2007. 

CrossCreek will include close to one thousand homes; a mix of town homes, paired villas and detached single-family homes ranging from 1,600 square feet to over 4,000 square feet.
